my parents might be moving to NoVA in March (i.e. next month)
the original plan was to sell the house in Richmond and buy a house up there
now they’re most likely going to use the inheritance to pay off the house in Richmond, fix it up, rent it out, and then rent a place in NoVA (probably Reston?)
